Letter of Invitation
On request, the Organizing Committee is pleased to send an invitation for the participation in CCOS2017. The invitation letters are only applicable to those who are registered to attend the conference and whose payment is verified.
You will be asked to submit the necessary information including passport number, gender, nationality and date of birth online first before a visa invitation letter can be issued.
As the document required for the visa approval may vary according to the Embassy of the Republic of China in each country, you are strongly recommended to check the visa process with your local embassy in advance.
Also, we would like to inform you that such an invitation is not a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee of CCOS2017 to provide any financial support, nor is it a guarantee of the acceptance of an abstract, nor a guarantee that the consulate will issue the visa.
