北京力达康科技有限公司成立于1998年，是一家专门从事外科植入物——人工关节研究、开发和生产销售的专业化股份制公司，由原钢铁研究总院研发人工关节的老一代专家徐英忱高级工程师创立。在创业初期，他曾与解放军总医院卢世璧院士、王继芳博士生导师、已故王桂生教授以及郭兴唐主任等共同研发了国产第一代珊瑚面人工关节，荣获国家级科技进步一等奖，为力达康成为一个重质量、重科研、重技术的民族品牌打下坚实的基础。经过十几年的积累沉淀和不断进取创新，现在力达康已发展成为现代化高科技生产企业。
Established in 1998, Beijing LDK Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional joint-stock enterprise, which is specialized in surgical implants - artificial joint research, development and production and sales, and was founded by old generation of R & D artificial joint expert Senior Engineer YingchenXu in original Central Iron & Steel Research Institute. In the early days of entrepreneurship, he worked with Academician Shibi Lu in the People's Liberation Army General Hospital, Doctoral Tutor Jifang Wang, late Professor Guisheng Wang, Director XingtangGuo and others co-developed the first generation of coral-surface artificial joints, won the National Science and Technology Progress First Prize, and have laid a solid foundation for LDK to become a national brand of emphasizing quality, research and technology. After more than ten years of accumulated precipitation and continuous enterprising and innovation, LDKhas developed into a modern high-tech production enterprise.

公司下设研发部、制造部、质量部、销售部、市场部、行政部、财务部及生物材料研究室。公司有医疗器械三类产品生产许可证、经营企业许可证、髋关节、膝关节等多个产品注册证，并通过ISO9001；2000和ISO13485:2003质量体系认证。
LDK consists of R & D, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Marketing,Administration, Financial Departments and Biological Material Research Room.The enterprise has three-type medical device production license, enterprise operating license, hip joint, knee joint and many other product registration certificates, and has been certified by ISO9001:2000 and ISO13485:2003 quality system.

公司工厂设在北京市通州区码头工业园，占地面积13700平方米，建筑面积4000平方米，产品线丰富，年生产力2万套关节和相应配套器械。工厂有生产车间、净化包装车间、检验室、化验室及荧光探伤室；有研究微孔材质几十年的教授、有纳米材质的老专家，同时近几年来又吸纳和培养出一批年轻有为的管理人才和临床服务队伍，他们是公司最宝贵的财富和中坚力量。
The factory of the enterprise locates in Matou Industrial Park inTongzhou District of Beijing, covers 13,700 m2, has construction area of 4000 m2,has extensive product lines, and can produce 20,000 sets of joints and corresponding supporting devices each year. The factory has production workshop, purification packaging workshop,laboratory, and fluorescence injury detection room; it has professors in research onmicroporous materials for decades of years, and elder experts in nano-material; meanwhile, it has absorbed and trained a group of young management talents and clinical service team in recent years, and they are the company's most valuable asset and the backbone.
