1. GROUP REGISTRATION
Group registrations are available for minimum of 10 persons.
Group registrations are facilitated by a group representative (group contact person) via the online group registration module ONLY.
The group contact person needs to create a Group Account first by CLICKING HERE .Then proceed to the group registration website. After submitting company and contact information, he/she will be able to access the online group registration module, where names and contact details of participants can be submitted.
Online payment is available only, please refer to the methods of payment below.
Cancellation is not available for group registrants. Substitution is accepted and processed on-site only.
2. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
ONLY online registration is accepted by APKASS2019.
Online registration closes on April 10th, 2019. After this date, registration will be available on-site.
A receipt for your registration will be issued on-site.

Cancellation & Refund
Policy
Cancellations will be
subject to the following conditions:
A written request
of cancellation should be sent by E-mail
( smallstay@163.com).
Refund requests
will be processed ONLY after the Conference.
For online
payment, refunds will be applied to the original card used during payment after
21 working days approximately.

Invitation Letter of Conference
As the document required for the visa approval varies according to the Embassy of the Republic of China each country, you might need the invitation letter of conference. If you are not sure whether you need an authorized letter of invitation for visa issuance, please check with the Chinese Embassy in your country.
If you need to receive a conference invitation letter for visa or any other reasons, you have to complete your registration online and complete the registration payment along with the visa invitation letter application request.
After you completing the payment, you will find the button on the left pane of Personal Center to download the Invitation Letter.
The Conference Organizer cannot contact or intervene with any China Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf, so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the Conference.
