Poster Size

The poster should be 841mm x 594mm (A1 Size) or 841 mm*1189 mm  (A0 Size), portrait/vertical format. This is the size of the usable surface of the display panels. Do NOT exceed the size of the display panel.

All the booking are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-cancelable.

Poster Guidelines

Format:

·     1) Format of the poster is Portrait/Vertical.

·     2) Mounting material to hang your poster will be provided.
 3) Place a heading that runs the full width of the poster at the top in a large-sized type.
 4) The poster should be readable from a distance of 1.5 – 2 meters (4 – 6 feet).

·     5)  Your name, School or Affiliation should also be displayed on the poster.

Please send your poster printing file to ijcai2019macau@gmail.com, with the subject line of "IJCAI-19 Poster Printing file" no later than 23:59 Aug 3, 2019 (Macao Local Time).

Poster Pick-up
Posters will be distribute to the Venetian Macao. And it can be picked-up at the local arrangement team office Room 2801 at the Venetian during the conference on Aug 10 to 16, 2019 between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
