1) No Cancellation is allowed.

2) All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3) The registration fee is quoted and will be charged in Hong Kong Dollars only.

4) Both Visa and Master Card are accepted.

5) If you would like to pay the registration fee by bank transfer, please e-mail the conference secretariat for bank details at ircsems2020@gmail.com.

6) The deadline for online registration payment is 20 April 2020 23:59.

7) Please upload your student ID to enjoy the student discount.
