B. Requirments
1. Repeated submission for different topics with the same manuscript is not allowed.
2. Essays featured with scientificity, practicality and sound arguments are highly recommended.
3. Essays should be no more than 5,000 words (including graphs and tables), Chinese abstract are expected around 400 to 500 words, and English edition between 500 to 600 words. Abstract should be consisted with “Objective, Methods, Results and Conclusion”.

5. Essays are welcomed for online submission till Mar 15th 2017.

C. Accepted Contributions
1. Authors will receive a confirmation letter once the eaasy is accepted by the committe at the end of Mar 2017.
