自1999年重庆市妇产科医院举办首届显微授精在辅助生殖中的应用讲习班以来，已连续成功举办了十八届辅助生殖医学会议（重庆辅助生殖医学会议）。如同既往，我们将在2017年9月21-23日举办第十九届重庆辅助生殖医学会议。本次会议我们荣幸地邀请到Cristina Hickman, De-Yi Liu, Harold Bourne, Hideaki Watanabe, Hitoshi Shiku, John

O'Bryan和Wan-Song Alfred Wun以及中山大学附属第一医院庄广伦教授和周灿权教授、林口长庚纪念医院宋永魁教授、郑州大学第一医院孙莹璞教授、北京协和医院郁琦教授、南京鼓楼医院孙海翔教授、北京协和医院孙正怡教授以及来自中国科学院的孙青原教授和中国科学技术大学的史庆华教授等著名专家分享他们的最新成果。
随着时代的发展，大数据已经广泛应用到各个领域，尤其是医学领域，如临床辅助决策，医疗质量监管以及临床实验分析等。因此，本次会议将围绕“大数据时代的IVF实验室技术”这一主题，通过分析IVF实验室相关操作技术，如：捡卵、授精以及胚胎观察等配子/胚胎暴露在培养箱外的时间；胚胎培养微滴体积以及IVF实验室参数等大数据与临床结局的相关性等方面进行学术交流，以期为改善IVF实验室技术操作，优化IVF实验室条件等提供支持。

In 1999, the Institute of Genetics and Reproductive in Chongqing Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital successfully organized the first Chongqing ART Conference. Since then, the consecutive annual meetings have been held during the past 18 years. There have been over 100 prominent ART specialists around the world who came to Chongqing and shared their profound knowledge and experiences with the Chinese ART specialists. The total number of participants in the past years exceeds 5000. This conference has become one of the most recognized platforms where the state of the art technologies in ART are presented and practical operations are discussed and agreed upon among participants. The conference has been an important bridge liaising IVF professionals especially for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China.  As always, it is our pleasure to announce that the 19th Chongqing ART Conference will be held in Chongqing on September 21st to23rd, 2017.We are going to have Cristina Hickman, De-Yi Liu, Harold Bourne, Hideaki Watanabe, Hitoshi Shiku, John Stevens, Joyce Harper, Ling Chi, Markus Montag, Marius Meintjes, Martin Travis Langley, Michael Davies Mirjana Martic,
Moira O'Bryan and Wan-Song Alfred Wun from Australian, Germany, Japan, UK, and USA to share their rich knowledge and their latest scientific findings. We will also have a good number of Chinese IVF professionals to present their latest achievements during this Conference.
We are entering a big data era along with the development and implantation of the new technologies in IVF treatment which would have a significant impact from now onwards in the area of the decision making process, quality supervision and clinical laboratory analyses among other things. Therefore, we have set the theme of this conference as “The Technologies of IVF laboratory in the era of the Big Data” in order to highlight the importance of the application of Big Data and the analyses in day to day practices such as oocyte pick-ups, insemination, assessment of exposure time during embryo/gamete handling, volume sizes used at culture on embryo viability etc.
The 19th Chongqing ART Conference would be of great interest to all professionals working in ART field. Many thanks to each of you for your support to the Chongqing ART Conference!
