1、投稿需提交论文摘要一份，请撰写800字左右标准结构式摘要，包括“目的、材料与方法、结果、结论”四要素，摘要中不要附图表。
Submission requires an abstract of the paper. please write a standard structured abstract about 800 words , including the four elements "purpose, materials and methods, results, and conclusions". There shall be no tables or charts in abstract.

2、凡未在省级以上学术会议或杂志上公开发表过的学术论文均可投寄。论文要求具有科学性、实用性，论据充分、文字精练、通顺、重点突出。
Any academic papers which haven't been published in the academic conference or magazine at or above the provincial level can be submitted. The paper is required to be scientific, practical, sufficient in arguments, refined in text, fluent, and focused.

3、论文应写清楚题目、作者姓名、单位、邮编、E-mail 和联系方式。
Please clearly indicate the title, author's name, work place, zip code, E-mail and telephone number in the paper.
