Dr. Park is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Stanford University and Medical Director of the Benign Pancreas Program within Stanford Medicine. He graduated from John Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed his post-graduate training in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at Stanford University Medical Center. Dr. Park conducts research in biomarker discovery and validation in pancreatic cystic neoplasm, early detection strategies for pancreatic cancer, and disease management in acute and chronic pancreatitis. He is a Principal Investigator for the National Institutes of Health Consortium for the Study of Chronic Pancreatitis, Diabetes, and Pancreas Cancer, and the National Institutes of Health Pancreatic Cancer Detection Consortium
