Instruction for Manuscript Submission

Dear Authors,

The manuscript submission system has been opened from March 20, 2019. More details of manuscript submission are as follows:

1. Please log in the conference system, and enter in the ‘Personal Center’.

2. Please click ‘Upload’ of ‘Upload Manuscript [EN]’ on the right side. After uploading the document        
    successfully, please click ‘Submit’.

3. The deadline of manuscript submission is May 1.

4. Author/presenter must pay the registration fee before June 15.
