舒文杰
军事科学院军事医学研究院辐射医学研究所副研究员
舒文杰,2007年获国防科技大学控制理论专业工学博士学位,博士论文获2010年湖南省优秀博士论文,及2010年全国百优博士学位论文提名论文。现为军事科学院军事医学研究院辐射医学研究所副研究员,生物信息学课题组PI。主要从事生物信息学与计算生物学研究。作为负责人承担国家863、自然基金,及军队科研项目十余项。以共同通讯作者/第一作者,在Nature genetics、NAR、Bioinformatics等专业期刊共发表SCI论文三十余篇,获得授权发明专利3项,软件著作权三十余项,发表个人专著1本。
近年来,基于多组学生物大数据,在计算生物学、表观基因组学,胚胎发育等领域开展了相关研究。同时,在国内较早将深度学习应用在生物信息学领域,提出了基于深度学习的一系列新方法。
