Acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be based on rankings given by a peer review of experts in the associated subspecialties. Decision will be noticed via e-mail. The decision is final and no appeal is allowed.
Abstracts should contain original work that has not been presented at major international meetings prior to the ASSM 2021.
Instructions on the preparation of posters will be included with the notification of acceptance .
Submission of an abstract indicates acceptance of and compliance with the abstract submission rules, the scientific validity of the presentation and that all authors have read and approved the abstract and its contents.
All accepted abstracts will be published either in the Virtual Platform or in an abstract USB and distributed to all delegates.
Accepted abstracts are official communications to the Congress. The presenting author agrees to register, attend the Congress and present the abstracts as scheduled. The presenting author must register at the time of acceptance of his or her abstract. Abstracts accepted with no registered participants by APRIL 1, 2021 will not be published.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject abstracts that do not observe the above-mentioned rules.
(1) Undergraduate Student or postgraduate student; (2) Within 5 years after graduation from the highest degree; (3) Under or at the age of 35 years old.
Applicants should submit abstract no later than APRIL 1, 2021.
Recommendation Letter containing the referrer’s contact information and signature is required to submit at or after abstract submission. Applicants should upload the recommendation letter at “Personal Centre”—"Abstract Submission” on the congress website no later than APRIL 1, 2021.

Instructions for Abstract Preparations
Title: Use a concise title that indicates the content of the abstract. The title should be capitalized and should not exceed 30 words. No abbreviation is allowed in the title.
Authors: Names and surnames for each author must be provided. Do not include degrees or titles. Presenting authors'names will be underlined and corresponding authors'name will be in bold.
Affiliations: Each author should be listed by department, institution and country.
Text: Abstracts should not exceed 300 words. Abstracts will be reproduced exactly as submitted and the content will not be edited.
The content of abstract should include the objective of the study, methods, a summary of the results and conclusion. Only standard abbreviations may be used without definition. Drug products should be identified by their generic name only. Data must be given in units (International metric system is preferred) widely used in literature.
No references, tables, charts or drawings are allowed.

Only a limited number of abstracts will be selected by the Scientific Program Committee for oral presentation. Others will be accepted as posters.
Abstracts will be classified into thematic areas. Please indicate the appropriate topics when submit your abstract. Only one topic may be chosen.
1. The coauthors agree with the stated results and have consented to inclusion as authors.
2. This abstract has not been submitted to any other international meeting.
3. Work involving humans or animals, or material derived from them, was approved by an institutional ethics committee.
Modifications may be made before the abstract submission system is closed.
Authors who wish to withdraw their abstract should send a written request to the ASSM 2021 Secretariat at secretariat@assm2021.com
Online Submission is available on the Congress website until APRIL 1, 2021. Please follow the instructions detailed on the website. Your abstract submission will be acknowledged automatically by email. FAX SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Presentation guidelines will also be sent after your abstract submission is completed.
You will be notified of allocated sessions and requirements and instructions for oral and poster presentations. If your abstract is accepted, please be sure to register no later than APRIL 1, 2021. Otherwise, your abstract may not be included in the Congress Publishment.
