Introduce: To manufacture a new-type splicer which with controllable multi-function drainage tube,it can either satisfy clinical washing and sampling treatment etc, or reducing the workload of health care workers, reducing infection rate, more convenient operation and cutting down the time of operation. Moreover  this splicer can match all kinds of drainage tubes.
Introduction:  We had abserved that surgery washing using drainage tube with T-connector,but these two pipe diameters are not match . It had to thread with string to hold on the situation, and there is no correspondent  suited tube at  present.
Methods: This new-type multi-function splicer made up with drug resistant three-way valve and conical connectors. Taper joints can be cut according to the size of various drainage tubes. Closing the three - way side when the drainage, rinsing the rinse fluid with syringe injection. The heparin cap can also be opened on the side of the three-way valve, after the infusion of the washing liquid, the scalp needle is fixed to the heparin cap. Using infusion pump to adjust the speed and metering, through the three - way valve toggle flushing and drainage of the intermittent flush.
Result: From 2016 to 2018,this splicer was tested in nine patients without infection,all  patients could be discharged successfully after pulling the tube. Compared with the current clinical use of the drainage tube and the T-connector silk thread, the new device is easy to make and easy to make. It is more tightly connected and does not need to be twisted and removed. It increases the activity degree of the patient and improves the comfort level, so as to avoid the occurrence of clinical damage drainage tube and reduce the rate of infection and recurrence.
